Originally from Michigan, USA, Matt joined McGarry Ní Éanaigh Architects in 1998 and has extensive experience in building design and execution within the Irish construction industry. He has contributed to and led projects of national significance such as the Liffey Boardwalk. Matt has also undertaken the duties of the Assigned Certifier and PSDP on a wide range of projects within the office. He has substantial contract administration experience using RIAI, GDLA, IEI 3rd Edition and the GCCC suite of Public Works Contracts. He has previously provided expert services in respect of building defects, contract administration and professional practice matters.
